This is a short, plain-language notice about the contact details you share with us through these public pages. (The Rawdati service itself has its own in-app controls.)
What we collect
When you submit the demo-request form we collect the contact details you enter: name, nursery name, email, and phone number. Only to reply to you. We also measure visits to these pages in aggregate — how many visits, and which pages are read most. For that, Google Analytics stores a cookie on your device so a repeat visit can be told apart from a new one. We do not use this measurement for advertising, and we do not try to identify you personally.
Third parties
The form is processed by Formspree, you may contact us via WhatsApp at your own initiative, and aggregate page traffic is measured with Google Analytics — which stores its own cookies (_ga) for that measurement; you can block them in your browser settings or with a tracking blocker. We keep advertising signals switched off in this measurement, so your data is not shared for ad purposes. Those services’ policies apply to data passing through them. None of this measurement runs inside the Rawdati app itself.
Where the data is hosted
Rawdati service data is hosted with infrastructure providers acting on our instructions: application and database hosting (Railway), and photo and video storage (Cloudflare). In-Kingdom data residency is not available today and is on our roadmap, so we do not present it as a current feature. Full details are in the Rawdati app privacy policy.
