A rough estimate: we assume ~1.5 min per child per day to write and share an update on paper, versus ~3 min per teacher to batch-log the class in Rawdati plus ~0.2 min per child for exceptions, over 5 school days. These figures are estimates we are validating in the field.

Children’s photos and videos are not public posts: they are shown only after explicit consent, and only to that child’s linked guardians and classroom teachers. Rawdati is built with the principles of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in mind; in-Kingdom data residency is on our roadmap.

How much does Rawdati cost?
We are currently preparing our pricing plans. At this stage we welcome a limited number of nurseries into our pilot program, with direct support during setup. Request a demo and we’ll walk you through the details.
We already use WhatsApp. Why do we need Rawdati?
WhatsApp is great for quick conversations, but it wasn’t designed to manage each child’s day. With Rawdati every child has a dedicated profile, photos don’t get buried in conversations, parents get a daily update, you can see who read an announcement, and teachers never repeat the same update for every child.
Can parents post photos or information?
In the current version parents can view content and interact with it through likes and comments, but cannot publish directly to the child’s record. This helps the nursery protect children’s privacy and keep content easy to manage.
Is children’s data secure, and where is it stored?
Yes. We handle children’s data carefully and apply appropriate access controls, and media is consent-gated. Data is hosted with infrastructure providers acting on our instructions; the details are on our privacy page. In-Kingdom data residency is on our roadmap.
Does Rawdati work with a weak internet connection?
Yes. Media uploads are designed to handle unstable connections and continue once connectivity is restored. Full offline logging is on the roadmap.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic and English. The product is designed Arabic-first (right-to-left), with an English experience for nurseries and families that need it.
How long does it take to set up Rawdati?
